You'll receive a cinfirmation email welcoming you to the retreat and outlining what to expect as we prepare for an unforgettable week together in Puerto Rico.

🏑 Retreat Planning Begins

Julian will personally review your reservation and thoughtfully assign accommodations based on your reservation type (Single Artist or Couple/Shared Casita) to create the best experience for all guests.

✈️ Book Your Flight

Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll be responsible for booking your flights to Puerto Rico. We'll provide recommended arrival and departure times to help make your travel planning easy.

Travel insurance is not included in your retreat reservation, but we highly recommend purchasing a policy that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage for added peace of mind.

In the months leading up to the retreat, you'll receive helpful emails with travel information, packing suggestions, important dates, and everything you'll need to arrive feeling prepared and excited.

When you arrive, you'll spend the week painting alongside award-winning artist Craig Richards, exploring Puerto Rico's breathtaking landscapes, sharing meaningful conversations with fellow artists, and becoming part of a creative community that feels like home.

Please Note: Airfare, travel insurance, transportation to and from Puerto Rico, and personal expenses are not included in your retreat reservation unless otherwise stated.

Your deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of booking. After that time, your spot is secured, but may still be transferred to another participant.

Final payment is due by December 5, 2026, allowing ample time to plan travel arrangements.

Optional travel insurance is strongly recommended.
