  • You're looking for a fast-paced workshop with constant classroom instruction.

  • You're primarily interested in sightseeing rather than spending dedicated time creating art.

  • You're not comfortable painting outdoors in changing natural conditions.

  • You're unable to commit to participating in the retreat activities and group experience.

What matters most is your willingness to learn, explore, and fully participate in the experience.

Our Application Process

To create the best possible experience for every participant, we ask each interested artist to complete a short application.

Once submitted:

1. Complete the application questionnaire.

Tell us a little about yourself, your artistic journey, and why you'd like to attend.

2. Application Review

Julian personally reviews every application.

Please allow 2–3 business days for review.

3. Approval Notification

If your application is approved, you'll receive an email with the next steps to reserve your place.

4. Reserve Your Spot

A $1,000 reservation deposit officially secures your retreat space.
